Payments, Fees & Settlements
- Transfer quotes and fees are shown before confirmation and may vary by corridor/payment rail.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by banking networks, compliance checks, or cutoffs.
- Chargebacks, reversals, or failed payouts may result in balance adjustments when required.
Acceptable Use
- No fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or other prohibited activity.
- No abuse of APIs, automation, or scraping that degrades service availability.
- No attempts to bypass security controls, rate limits, or compliance workflows.
Suspension & Termination
MXWise may suspend or terminate access to protect users, satisfy legal obligations, or enforce policy. Where feasible, users will receive notice and remediation steps.
